Nobody needs another "sage on a stage" style talking head video! You'll enjoy professionally-produced videos that reflect today's nonprofit workplace, all of which include closed captioning, audio-only options, and well-designed transcripts for those who want or need these accessibility features.
Each of the 15-minute courses within one of the 28 learning path topics will build on the last, and you'll earn digital badges along the way that can be shared. You'll also be given an optional progress tracking sheet to have at-a-glance access to your current status.
Each of the Certificate's 28 topics include 9 courses that build on each other, and the final course guides you through the development of a personal learning plan. In this structured exercise, you'll envision what you can do to achieve a goal related to the topic over the next 3 to 6 months.
You can choose your own adventure in the topics you tackle first and how you structure your learning time. Learners also enjoy optional monthly learner meet-ups with Dr. Emilie Socash and the Nonprofit Help Center team and regular messages of encouragement!
The 28 topics offered in the Certificate program align with the Impact Capacity Assessment Tool and draw from the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect skills matrix. Each of the following learning paths includes 9 courses on the topic. Each course includes approximately 15 minutes of learning experience.
